In a time of wishing for a figure and body everyone can die for Mariah Carey seeks to differ ……such that she even refuses to own a set of scales - because her muscles make her seem heavy.
The curvaceous singer, who went on a strict fish only diet earlier this year to shift the pounds, isn’t interested in weighing herself because she knows she is in great shape.She said: “I don’t own scales - what’s the point? Muscle weighs more than fat anyway, so why torture yourself? It’s more important to be happy with how you are.”
Mariah ! I totally agree with you …..I kind of share the same phobia…It’s not what shows on the scales …….but what you feel that matters !!! RIGHT !
