Mariah Carey has been under the ire of mathematicians for ‘misreading algebra’ after she changed the formula E=MC2 for her own needs and made it into “”emancipation equals Mariah Carey times two” the title of her recent album.

Mathematician Dr David Leslie however feels Mariah is wrong ‘coz she “misread the algebra”.

He says,  “The ‘two’ in the equation means C squared, not MC multiplied by two.

“The correct reading of the equation is E=MCC, so perhaps Mariah’s re-interpretation should have been ‘emancipation equals Mariah Carey Carey’?”

Mariah Carey was recently spotted leaving a gynaec office on North Crescent Boulevard in LA.

A leading daily reported that the I’ll Be There singer was “clutching what looked like a sonogram and being greeted by her entourage with cheers.”

The highly talented singer speculated her pregnancy when she mellowed down her stern fitness routine.

Mariah is apparently keen to become a mommy.

It’s Christmas time and this year all Mariah want’s for Christmas is hubby Nick Cannon and her Christmas track playing in the background.

The talented singer and her hubby were seen celebrating the festive spirit by wearing red jackets with red snow boots as they ventured out for last minute Christmas shopping.

Mariah Carey’s cancellation of her upcoming tour has done no good to her diva image instead it has fueled the already ripe rumors of her pregnancy.

A source reveals, “Costume designers and dancers were all called Wednesday and told the tour is off.

“Most were hysterically crying because they were relying on her for a paycheck this holiday season.”

However Mariah’s representative denied the pregnancy rumors saying, “I have not been told she’s pregnant.”

Mariah recently revealed her plans of becoming a mother soon, she said, “People are constantly asking me if I’m pregnant, but I don’t like to talk about it too much. I just think about it as the next phase. We’ll see.

“I’ve changed my mind [about becoming a mother] because I’m with The One. I think we would make good parents, and that we’d be able to figure out how to do it properly.”

The singer apparently is thinking of getting pregnant ‘coz of hubby Nick Cannon.
